Tee to Tea is a friendly and informal roll-up designed to give members an enjoyable and sociable start to the week. Open to golfers of all abilities, it provides a relaxed opportunity to play 9 holes in good company, followed by the option to sit with a cup of tea and some cake in the bar after!
The roll-up takes place every Monday afternoon, with 9 holes starting between 1.00- 1.30pm. Sign in is between 1.00 and 1.30pm with tee off as soon as groups are ready.
Organisers will be located in the carpeted bar area, where the weekly organiser will be seated at a table with a sign-up sheet. The role of organiser rotates on a weekly basis. Playing groups of three-balls are formed by the organiser, generally in order of sign-up.
The format is intentionally friendly and informal. Players compete off their full Course Handicap, and while scores are not recorded for handicap purposes, members are very welcome to submit cards separately for General Play if they wish.
Above all, Tee to Tea aims to ensure that any member can be confident of a game on a Monday afternoon it enables members to play with people who, perhaps, they would not ordinarily play with and for new members to meet people.
Come and enjoy some relaxed golf with fellow members and share a social atmosphere in the clubhouse afterwards.
Should you wish to introduce a guest to the tee to tea, there will be a tee to tea only 9 hole rate introduced of £20.
